Data Security and Your Account Rights

Account Encryption

Every time you log in, we use TLS 1.3 encryption for the connection between your device and our servers. Passwords are hashed and stored separately from game and payment data. Even our staff cannot read your stored password.

Payment Security

Deposits via DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS are processed through the payment provider's secure gateway. We never see your payment method details. Withdrawals are verified against your account holder name and ID before funds leave our system.

Data Access Rights

You can request a complete copy of your personal data—username, account history, game records, deposit/withdrawal logs—at any time through Settings > Legal & Privacy or by emailing [email protected]. We deliver it within five business days.

Cookie and Tracking
